I have been meaning to send this email for some time now.

As you are both aware, at the end of last summer we purchased a spa from you. At the time of purchasing the spa my partner and I had concerns that we were spending a large amount of Money on an item which we do not have much expertise on. However, after shopping around I felt that Sapphire Leisure were the best choice for both price and customer service.

Now, almost 6 months after the hot tub was delivered, I am very pleased with my choice. The tub itself is exactly what we were looking for and it is finished to a high, quality standard. Also, the customer service we have received from Sapphire Leisure has been second to none and I feel comfortable that you are there to help if we need it. Just a short email to say how pleased we are with our Rome spar that was delivered on Thursday. The customer service was first rate starting with Keith at Bicester who was helpful and not pushy in any way which is more than I can say for some of the other companies I spoke too.  Never having bought a spar before Keith took the time to explain everything and help choose the correct spar for us. The guy who installed the spar was on time polite, helpful and took the time to explain everything in detail.
I have friends who are looking to purchase in the near future and will not hesitate to recommend your company.

Dear Andy and all at Olympic Spas,

Just wanted to let you know how absolutely delighted we are with our new spa. My husband keeps saying that it’s the best thing we’ve ever bought.

We did a lot of research before deciding which company to buy a spa from, and we’re sure that we got the very best deal available from your Company. The installation was hassle-free and I very quickly got used to checking the water and cleaning the filter, (takes 5 mins, dead easy), so thank you for explaining it to me so patiently.

We use the spa about four evenings per week, and, on those evenings, sitting there, Gary has to chat with me, ( he reckons that’s the only downside.)

Honestly, though, we’ve never before seen so many dramatic skies, clouds, etc., and it’s great after dark when the stars are out. Having the spa has made our garden into an all-year-round place to chill in.

Just a note of thanks. We received the spa on Friday, your guys were supurb. Very helpful, and made sure we understood how everything worked. I felt quite bad, as it poured with rain all the time they were here and they got soaking wet and caked in mud. Obviously we have used it now and are over the moon with the quality and performance and would have no hesitation in recomending you if we get asked. I will send you the pictures when its all finished, in the conservatory with lighting etc etc. Thanks again, and please pass this on to your Bicester office, they were great.

Palm Island Diamond tub. Just a quick note to say thanks for the great service, and great tub! We have already been enjoying many hours in it and testing out all the jets configurations! Your installers called on the way to let me know they were delayed on the M25, and arrived only 1 hour later than promised. Installation went very smoothly, demonstration of the unit was concise and clear, taking about 2 hours all told. I would not hesitate in recommending you to anyone thinking of purchasing a hot tub. Like so many of your customers before me I just have to say how delighted I am with the delivery of my new hot tub 3 weeks ago. A great investment for the clear chilly nights we have up here in Scotland. From my first phone call to you the service and advice provided has been excellent and the delivery guys were great. The mountains we had to climb to install the hot tub were mere challenges to them. Nothing fazed them and they made sure everything was up and running perfectly before departing on their way back home. Now all I have to do is sit back and enjoy it!!! Just wanted to drop you a brief line to say how impressed we are with the hot tub and the service you have provided. As you know, we ended up with access issues when the spa was delivered, but the fact that you came back two days later, free of charge to commission the tub was beyond what any other company would have done, particularly as this was the weekend.
